1) What are the benefits of fruits?

A: Fruits are important sources of many nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, fiber, folate, antioxidants and phytonutrients. The nutrients in fruits are vital for your health and the overall maintenance of your body. People who consistently eat enough fruits as part of an overall healthy diet generally have a reduced risk of chronic diseases. The main benefits of eating fruits are as follows:

  1. Eating a diet rich in fruits may reduce the risk of heart diseases and stroke.
  1. Consuming fruits is part of an optimum healthy diet, and it may offer protection against certain cancers.
  1. A diet rich in fruits may reduce blood pressure.
  1. The increased consumption of fruits is associated with a lower risk of developing type-2 diabetes.
  1. Eating fruits can also keep your eyes healthy, and may help prevent two common aging-related eye diseases: cataracts and macular degeneration.
  1. Fruits contain indigestible fiber, which can calm symptoms of an irritable bowel and may relieve or prevent constipation.
  1. Potassium in fruits may also reduce the risk of developing kidney stones and help to decrease bone loss as you age.
  1. Folate (folic acid) in fruits helps the body form red blood cells.
  1. Fruits are also low in calories, making them a great choice for your waistline.

 

2) How much fresh fruit do I need to eat every day?

A: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), as well as the health institutions of Europe, Russia, South Korea, Japan and many other countries, recommend the daily consumption of fruits as part of a healthy diet. They all recommend consuming about 2 cups* (300g – 400g) of fruits per day. Below are five food groups that are the building blocks for a healthy diet. Before you eat, think about what goes on your plate; what goes into your body will manifest as your health. (*Examples of 1 cup of fruit: 1 small apple / 1 medium pear / 1 large banana / 8 large strawberries / 3 medium plums.)

  1. Fruits – 2 cups* (350g)
  2. Vegetables – 2.5 cups (440g)
  3. Grains – 170g
  4. Protein – 170g 
  5. Dairy – 3 cups

 

3) What happens if someone doesn’t eat enough fruit every day?

A: Doctors and dietitians believe that more than 50% of people die prematurely (not reaching their natural age of passing), due to wrong eating habits – and not eating enough fruits is one of the cornerstones of that problem. There are people who think that nothing will happen if you don’t eat enough fruits every day. For a year or two they might be right. It is most likely that no major health problems will appear during that time, as the body will simply deplete all of its accumulated nutrients. Over the succeeding years, however, the negative consequences will start to appear and grow. In the earlier – Question #1 – we discussed the benefits of eating fruits. The negative consequences of not eating enough fruits are the opposite. They include:

  1. High risk of heart disease and stroke.
  2. Increased risk of certain cancers.
  3. Increased risk of high blood pressure.
  4. High risk of type-2 diabetes.
  5. High risk of cataracts and macular degeneration.
  6. Increased risk of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and constipation.
  7. Increased risk of kidney stones and bone loss.
  8. High risk of becoming overweight.

 

4) What is FruitsMax?

A: FruitsMax is a fruit-based multivitamin that is made exclusively from 21 fruits and probiotics. The fruits are harvested from mineral-rich volcanic soil at their fully ripened state, which helps to ensure that they contain the optimal amount of body-beneficial nutrients. The fruits are then dehydrated using advanced freeze-drying technology. It is called “Lyophilization.” This process extracts only the water from fruits, which leaves all their nutrients untouched. 5) Why FruitsMax?

A: To maintain good health, doctors and dietitians recommend that we consume 2 cups of fruits per day. Unfortunately, 9 out of 10 people don’t consume their daily dose of fruits. 6) What are the ingredients in FruitsMax?

A: FruitsMax is combination of 21 fruits and probiotics. The detailed ingredient list is below: 21 FRUITS: apricot (12%), blackberry (10%), raspberry (5%), strawberry (5%), peach (9%), banana (8%), apple (6%), plum (2%), orange (3%), pear (4%), prune (4%), quince (3%), sea buckthorn berry (3%), red grape (2%), cornelian cherry (2%), white grape (2%), tomato (2%), mandarin (2%), persimmon (2%), melon (1%), pineapple (1%). // PROBIOTICS: 1) L. acidophilus – “NARINE” probiotics (8.5%).

 

7) What are the Benefits of FruitsMax?

A: The benefits of FruitsMax are as follows: 

1) Increases your energy level and vitality. FruitsMax with its wide array of nutrients that come from 21 fruits helps to boost your energy level and vitality. The increase in energy level is especially experienced when you savor the tablets in your mouth for few minutes. Therefore, it balances your digestion while encouraging the alleviation of allergies, gas, bloating, diarrhea and constipation.

 

8) Why fruits of different color?

A: The reason for eating a selection of colorful fruits, and not just taking vitamin C or a synthetic multivitamin, is because a selection of colorful fruits contains hundreds of phytonutrients. These are the compounds that have the potential to reduce the risk of four major modern health scourges: cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and dementia. *Phytonutrients: Phytonutrients are the compounds that give fruits their vibrant color and, of course, many of their healthy properties. Studies published within the past 15 years indicate that much of our food is relatively low in phytonutrients. The loss of these beneficial nutrients began 50 years ago with the advance of agriculture, when we started depleting the soil of its essential nutrients. Unwittingly, we started stripping phytonutrients from our diet. And where do these phytonutrients come from? They come from fruits, vegetables, and plants. Each color of fruit has a different array of phytonutrients, which are absolutely essential for your body. The majority of these phytonutrients aren’t yet discovered or studied my modern science. This is the main reason why FruitsMax contains a “rainbow” of colors of fruits.

 

9) Why “Narine” probiotic? A: The super ingredient in FruitsMax is “Narine” probiotic (Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 317/407). Over the past 50 years clinical studies conducted in the USA, Japan, Russia and Armenia have proven that “Narine” probiotic: 

1) Strengthens the immune system. Research has shown that “Narine” probiotic can stimulate the production of “a” and ”y” interferon, which can facilitate the strengthening of your immune system.

2) Kills bad bacteria and balances the gut microbiota. Constant stress and unwise eating habits are among the top contributors of ‘bad’ bacteria growth in your gut, and the development of dysbiosis (bacterial imbalance in gut), a condition that is suffered by the majority of population. “Narine” probiotic, by producing lactic acid, lectoline, lactocidine, acidophiline, and acidocin LCHV (bacteriocin), suppresses and kills many bad bacteria, including such pathogens as Helicobacter pylori, Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Candida albicans, which are classified as Especially Dangerous Infections (EDI) by the World Health Organization. Research also indicates that while killing bad bacteria, “Narine” probiotic also helps regenerate ‘good’ bacteria such as bifidobacteria and lactobacteria. This helps to balance the gut microbiota.

3) Increases the absorption of fruits’ nutrients into your body. Clinical studies indicate that “Narine” probiotic can synthesize vitamins and lactic acid, and can help to digest calcium, phosphorus, protein and carbohydrates. By doing that, “Narine” probiotics increases the absorption of the fruits’ nutrients into our body. *Three types of probiotics: There are 3 types of probiotics: animal based (from dairy products), plant based (from kimchi and etc.), and human based. All researchers and doctors agree that the most effective probiotics are the human- based variety. 10) How is FruitsMax made?

A: We use Lyophilization Technology, also called “freeze drying,” to make powder (and afterwards tablets) from fresh fruits. “NASA” and “Roscosmos” use the same technology for making food for astronauts. *Lyophilization TechnologyWhile Lyophilization has many advantages, the three primary ones are…

1) Significantly increases the absorption of fruits. Since Lyophilized powder can be easily dissolved in our saliva, it significantly increases the absorption of nutrients into our bodies.

2) Preserves the nutrients of fruits. Lyophilization is the most advanced technology when it comes to extracting only the water from fruits and completely preserving all of their vital nutrients. 

3) Prolongs the shelf life of a product. Another main advantage of Lyophilization is that by completely extracting the water out of fruits, it significantly prolongs the shelf life of the product. Therefore, the Lyophilized fruits powder (tablets) can last as long as 2 years without using any preservatives.  

 

11) Is FruitsMax diabetic friendly?

A: Yes. As FruitsMax contains no added sugar, it is good for people with diabetes as it provides a wide array of nutrients so essential for their bodies, but is usually lacking in their normal food intake due to dietary limitations.

 

12) Has FruitsMax been the subject of independent, peer-reviewed clinical research?

A: Yes. To date, FruitsMax, and more specifically, “Narine” probiotic, has been the subject of many clinical studies. Has FruitsMax been proven to prevent or cure any disease? No. FruitsMax is not a medicine, treatment, or cure for any disease or condition. It is a whole food supplement that complements a healthy diet.

 

13) Does FruitsMax contains any chemicals or preservatives?

A: No. It doesn’t contain any chemicals. FruitsMax has: No Artificial Colors. No Artificial Flavors. No Artificial Sweeteners. No Preservatives. It is also GMO free.

 

14) Are the fruits Organic?

A: We are a US company, but we source and freeze dry most of the fruits we use in Armenia – high up in the Ararat Valley. There are several reasons why we do this: 1) The fruits are grown in a clean environment (no GMOs). 2) They are grown in mineral-rich soil. 3) The Ararat Valley has 250 sunny days each year. These factors ensure that our fruits are of the highest quality, rich in vitamins, minerals, and other important nutrients. Many of the berries we use are even grown wild on hillsides. The answer to the above question would be “No” in terms of the literal definition of the word “organic,” but on the other hand, our clean, mineral-rich environment may be even better than the environments where “organic” produce is grown.

 

15) How to use? 

A: As a whole food supplement, take 2 tablets per day: one in the morning, and one in the evening. Store in a cool, dry place. For children under 2 years of age, crush the tablet before giving it to the child to consume. Consult your physician prior to using this product if you have allergies to any of the fruits or probiotics used in FruitsMax. Amount per bottle: 60 tablets. Daily recommended dose: 2 tablets. *How To Use Tip: A good way to get the best out of your FruitsMax tablets is to savor them in your mouth for couple of minutes, and let them dissolve, just like a candy. In this way you increase the absorption of the fruits’ nutrients into your body.
