Flaxseed Oil

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml flaxseed oil
  • 2 medium sized lemons
  • 1 big garlic bulb
  • 0,5 kg honey 

Preparation:

  1. Clean and peel the garlic bulb, and put it in a blender together with the 2 lemons, one of which is peeled.
  2. Mix the blended mixture with the honey, add the flaxseed oil and blend everything together in a blender.

How to store it:

 Put the mixture in a glass jar, close it tightly and keep it in the fridge.

How to use it:

Consume 1 teaspoon of it 3 times a day, half an hour before meals.

How does it work?

Flaxseed oil has many benefits because flaxseed contains linoleic acid( omega-6), oleic acid (omega-9), palmitic acid, and more than half of the fatty acid content of flaxseed is alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3), which makes this oil the richest source of omega-3 fatty acids (thrice more than contained in fish oil).

Flaxseed oil is also the richest vegetative source of lignans, a class of phytoestrogens considered to have antioxidant and cancer-preventing properties, which in combination with the lemon cleanse the liver and the gallbladder system.

Vitamin C contained in lemons is a perfect antioxidant which strengthens the immune system and the blood vessels.

Garlic kills parasites and cleanses the blood vessels, while honey provides nutrients, microelements in the blood which are responsible for the process of regeneration and rejuvenation of the whole body.
